We offer a one-month refund window for new members. If you are a new paid subscriber and request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase, we will refund your subscription payment for that initial period.

Failed Payments / Payment Issues

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE PAST 3 MONTHS, OR $100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case, limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.
15) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Signal School and its owners, contributors, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
16) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms or used the Services unlawfully or abusively. Upon termination, your right to access the Services will end immediately.
